  • Weekly Workout → Follow-along resistance-based sessions (beginner and intermediate options) to help you build strength, tone up, and boost energy.
  • Weekly Live/Q&A → Join us live for coaching, support, and answers to your questions. Can’t make it? Replays will be uploaded here.
  • Downloadable Resources → Each week you’ll get a toolkit (guides, trackers, cheat sheets) that you can download and keep forever.

📅 The 6-Week Journey

Week 1 – Awareness & Acceptance. This week is about recognising how menopause is affecting your mind, body, and daily life, and learning to accept your starting point with compassion so you can move forward with strength and clarity.

Week 2 – Emotions & Hormones. Week 2 explores the powerful link between your emotions and your hormones, helping you understand what’s happening inside your body and giving you strategies to balance mood, energy, and resilience through menopause.

Week 3 – Sleep & Recovery. Week 3 focuses on improving sleep quality and prioritising recovery, so your body can reset, repair, and recharge — essential for managing menopause symptoms and building lasting energy.

Week 4 – Strength & Change. Week 4 is about stepping into your physical and mental strength, embracing change as a positive force, and proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you think.

Week 5 – Confidence & Compassion. Week 5 is about building confidence in yourself while learning to show compassion to your body and mind, creating a kinder inner voice that fuels lasting self-belief.

Week 6 – Empowerment & Reflection. Week 6 invites you to reflect on how far you’ve come and step fully into your power, recognising the strength, wisdom, and resilience you’ve built along the way.

  1. Check in daily. Complete your journal prompt — it’s only a few minutes, but it will shift everything.
  2. Do the workouts. Consistency beats perfection. Two or three sessions a week is a game changer.
